I guess sending a Terminator back for McCain would be viewed as unkind?

However, Einstein's laws of physics suggest that time travel is only possible into the past as far as the point when the first time machine was invented.

That's Joe Einstein, science fiction writer.

I’ll tell you fine people how to acquire time travel technology right now with what I call ‘perpetual processing’ (no kidding):

First, we begin with what one could call “perpetual funding”, a funding action from the Congress that once signed into law cannot be revoked, modified or diverted in any way from it’s original purpose and will be automatically renewed and continued forever, for as long as there exists a United States Government. (that ought to be a lead pipe cinch for ANY Congress, lol)

Now after setting up the perpetual funding, the funds are allocated to the construction of an absolutely secure facility (think ‘Super-Cheyenne-Mountain’) which based upon it’s location and construction, is more than likely to survive at least as long as the pyramids of Egypt.

Inside those secure facilities will be the most advanced and reliable computer systems known to our technology, they will run 24 hours a day, with continuous backups and parallel systems which will insure that at no time, can there be a system crash without an immediate recovery via any number of redundant systems. As technology advances, additional systems are brought online, and older systems are retired, with the sole exception being what I call ‘System Zero’, i.e., the first system to go online when the facility is completed and activated.

Inside System Zero are encrypted instructions which cannot be altered, and the ‘prime directive’ so to speak, which will be passed down from generation to generation for as long as it takes, is simple:

When an effective and practical time travel methodology is developed and proven reliable, the next instruction is to transmit that information all the way back to System Zero, and provide that technology to the original crew that turns the key to begin the whole ‘perpetual processing’ cycle.

If the survival of the funding, the facility and the systems can be assured, the technology for time travel should show up within about 60 seconds or less after initializing ‘System Zero’.

Enjoy your weekend!

MKJ ;)

I’ve always said that when time traveling, don’t go too far back into the past. You don’t want to check out the caveman days and suddenly have the batteries go dead.......

It will be good to see CERN up and running. We need some new physics discoveries to keep technological development progressing.

I think its already been done, they went into the future saw it was bad to make this technology possible to eveyone and are right now removing all information to achieve it so it will never happen.

This will be old and forgotten in a week or two.

I said 'perpetual processing' not 'perpetual blue screens', lol
