McCain has his sights set on the Presidency and he's pulling out all of the dirty tricks he knows. And this is the second time that he has thrown out a false accusation just before his beloved McCain/Feingold Act kicked in preventing Romney from responding. Washington is indeed broken and McCain is a prime example of this.

McCain is not normal. A crazy man can do an awful lot of damage.

I will vote for McCain if I don’t have another choice.

But, will I contribute to McCain’s campaign?

Not one cent.

However, 59 days before the general election, I will contribute $1,000 to any Conservative non-profit issue organization that has endorsed McCain.

I will send McCain’s campaign a copy of the check.

McCain stinks. Even with all he has done there was still a possibility I might have voted for him if he got the nomination. With all the dirty tricks he’s pulling, I just don’t think I can do it.

McCain is scum (my apologies to actual scum, no offense mean’t) and I shall never vote for him under any circumstances.

Agreed, and his use of these Clintonesque tricks may give him the GOP nod, but he’s doomed as a presidential candidate.

I tell ya, if Mitt doesn’t pull it off tonight, I’m gonna have one helluva time figuring out which is the lesser of two evils in the general.

Rush is such a baby. Because he is not having the influence on the elction he would like, he is going to throw a fit. Rush and Ann Coulter should marry. They could lay in bed at night and feel good about themselves while they discuss the millions of idiots in the country.

If McCain’s use of dirty tricks isn’t the most blatant example of his Washington-insider mentality, then people haven’t been paying attention.

Obama will absolutely destroy McCain by running as the candidate of change.

People are tired of this sh it.

I will not vote for McCain under any circumstances. I will vote for Obama. If we’re going to have a liberal as president, at least lets have one who has the guts to admit what he is. Captain Queeg talks like a conservative but will govern like a liberal. He is more in love with himself than even Bill Clinton, if thats possible! McCain is mentally unstable, and that makes him more dangerous than a President Obama. Let Obama screw up for 4 years. During that time, we can start a real Conservative Party to nominate someone who can present a real alternative. If McCain kills the GOP, so be it.

So, the whole “McCain lied” aspect of this is no biggie then?

Give me a break. Just because I don’t drink the Rush Kool-aid does not make me any less a Republican. People like you, Rush, Coulter and many of the posters on the Free Republic will be the ones tearing apart the party. I have never had a candidate I supported in a contested primary or caucus win the nomination (sans Reagan in 80), yet I have never acted like such a baby as some GOPers are this year. What a bunch of jerks we have on the right. I always thought the left dominated in that area.

Right you are mcjordansc,
If McCain wins the Republican nomination and
WHEN the Dems play all the vituperative attacks on him by Coulter, Limbaugh, etc..over and over and over...and

WHEN Hillary/Obama wins the presidency for the next eight years,(at least)
THEN we can evaluate how much they contributed to the demise of our country.
If you don’t believe me, in 2011 ask Justice William Clinton or Justice Charles Schumer or Justice Arlen Spector.

But, what the heck, Limbaugh’s ego is massaged and Coulter will sell a lot of books.

Willard the Myth has spent millions of dollars trashing his primary opponents, yet not one word from Rush about that.

Still waiting for Rush to empty both barrels against the liberal Romney. LOL

I almost agree with that sentiment. But then I think about what will happen in the world, especially the middle east, during that time with Obama (or Hilllary) in the white house.

I am beginning to wonder if those Vietnam Vets Against McCain are actually telling the truth.

McAztlan is an embarrassment. A vote for him is like voting for a Democrat.

Ann Coulter and some of the posters here may be on something....
