While I applaud the non-creative usage of the words ‘terrorism’, ‘children’, ‘jobs’ and ‘safe’, they should have gone full Ministry of Love and called it “The Liberty Act”. Sadly, some won’t get it until we have president Hillary whoring out 9/11 and terrorism (and then, of course, some of the folks to pretend to ‘get it’ now will likewise make a partisan - and not idealogical - turnaround).

Probably delete it since that might be racial profiling.....
I'm curious as to where the FBI got the funding for this? I thought Congress normally got involved in large expenditures (then again, $1 billion over 10 years is not large in Congress' eyes).

Add gaming licenses, CCW permits, and I am sure there are others. In short, once the formathas been established, the children will be next (for their own safety, of course). In a couple of generations the question will be moot.
Just like my original Social Security Card, which says it is "For Social Security and Tax Purposes--Not for Identification" all in caps. What a laugh. Once it starts, it will only expand.
