Yeah, the media AND the conspiracy among the Rep candidates to pile on Romney and keep it all to themselves. They and the media have succeeded that’s for certain.

Now, after this dinosaur is nominated it will switch 180 degree. He’ll be old, Keating 5 every other word, his misalignment with his Party, blah, blah, blah.

It will not be pretty but it is very predictable.

The MSM template is very predictable. The stories about McCain’s age and temperament will start, complete with examples of his stumbling and apparent confusion. ABC will consult with Dr. Timothy Johnson, who will evaluate McCain’s mannerisms with feigned concern.

Dem operatives will slowly and quietly start feeding the many hit pieces about McCain, and McCain will be surprised to see that the NYT and others who had endorsed him in the primaries will ignore him and endorse Hillary.
