Yet, not one of the Republican candidates could think of anything to say except, “Well.... these are hard times”. BS! I’ve lived in hard times... THIS, AIN’T IT! I fully AGREE. I remember the misery of Carter and even the long lines of unemployed in 1992--thousands looking for work at fast food.

I wonder if that was the ultimate triangulation. Kennedy’s endorsement solidifies Obama as the “black” candidate. This frees teh clintons in their whisper campaign attacks.
