I wish some TV reporters would read a bill before knee jerking.. In the definitions of the bill, it states clearly:

(2) ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUAL- The term `eligible individual' means any individual other than-- `(A) any nonresident alien individual,..

Yes. My elderly parents are being treated to Art That Americans Won’t Do, graffiti defacing their house. This started a year or two back, and now it is almost a weekly event. It’s a very nice neighborhood in an older section of Orange County, but an area not far enough away has become overrun with illegals and their gangs. Some jackass on another thread thought this was very funny.
