I submit the 2006 election results that say you’re not correct. The majority of the American herd animals are Leftists, and the makeup of Congress reflects that.

We knew from the beginning where the man was on immigration btw... that small thing called 9-11 happened when his cabinet posts weren’t filled yet and after Gore didn’t want to leave the residence and had them counting chads. If he wasn’t prez, you might have been dead from inaction from another person elected.

Bush’s praise for Speaker Nancy Pelosi in tonight State of the Union will rue the speech from the little excerpt that I read elsewhere online....prepare yourself for a mega barf....at least he will go out with a bang for the right or wrong reasons that is for sure.
The speech will be used by the DEM s to all but defeat the (R) candidate come the General Election....What happened to the Conservative Movement...

This President has had to fight this war and his troops have become hostage of lefties and RINOs and earmarks have been their ransom demand. He chose to side with the troops.
Ronald Reagan gave amnesty to illegals, 41 and 42 do nothing about the borders, yet after having to deal with 911 and having to fight TWO wars THIS PRESIDENT is expected to simultaneously seal the borders, deport all illegals, and reform social security.
You would think the man was truly God himself with what has been expected of him.
I’ll watch the SOTU with pride tonight. I don’t know how long it will be before I see another POTUS I respect as much as I do this one.

I think that Free Republic has been DILUTED by all the DUers and other pond scum that come over to this site to make trouble. As for Bush “praising Pelosi” I think I’ll wait to hear his speech - in years past, the press has always “TOLD US” what the president was going to do, then the reality was completely different.
Not me at the slightest....
