He said the CIA suspected some of the cyber-attackers "had the benefit of inside knowledge."
This is something the MSM usually ignores - that a large portion of "hacking" on this scale involves social engineering and has nothing to do with computers. It's somebody sweet-talking a secretary or paying off a disgruntled worker or even getting hired by the company.
