Yep, melatonin works, no side effects. I can't even take Sominex. It's too strong, I will either sleep the next day away, or be a walking zombie.

I don't dare take Ambien. I may never wake up.

I tried melatonin for awhile, but it started to make me feel lousy and I had to stop it.

You have to use what works best for you.

Now if I can get husband to stop snoring so loudly, that may help too ;)
