What? you mean they are not going to charge the dead agent with obstruction of Justice. He was trying to impede the egress of the smugglers.
Where’s that prosecutor that got the other agents convicted?Maybe he can come up with smugglers that could convict this poor agent.
These border agents are tasked with a difficult job. Then they are told they can’t use their weapons to protect themselves. This is a screwed up world.
