You may want to check this popular Cuban-American blog on the web for more updates on the event and the one that will happen tomorrow: www.babalublog.com

It is a blog I follow daily.

If someone is pro-US, Benjamin hates them. Pretty simple and to the point.

"We're not in Cuba. We're supposed to have free speech," said Medea Benjamin,

Is there a word for ironically stupid?

“We’re not in Cuba. We’re supposed to have free speech,” said Medea Benjamin”

Just sad.

These folks will also state, in the same breath, how free the Cubans are under Fidel. Loonies.

The Marxist scum as you correctly call the Pinkos (i.e., their leaders) believe that we are trying to fabricate a reason for war with Iran, as opposed to dealing with a legitimate threat.

The Marxist Pinkos believe that the Iraq war is an illegal, unconstitutional war of aggression.

The Marxist Pinkos believe that the war in Afghanistan is being waged by the imperialist U.S. for filthy, pecuniary motives, as opposed to trying to get a stable, democratic govt there to reduce the risk of future terrorist attacks on the U.S. being launched from that country.

Thus, the Marxist scum of Code Pink agree with Ron Paul on the key foreign policy areas of Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

I don’t think that the Cuban-Americans should have pulled the pink fringe on the truck, but that’s a lot tamer than the Paul people throwing snowballs and worse at Hannity and the other Fox employees.

Further, a lot of us who’ve tangled with Code Pinkos and Medea Benjamin in person have been subjected to worse treatment than the Pinkos got, including minor assaults such as hitting, grabbing, false police reports, even false fire alarms, etc. The Pinkos are not peaceful except when it serves their twisted anti-American purposes.

That doesn’t justify assaulting Pinkos, but I’m sure not troubled about patriots peaceably, albeit loudly, using their first amendment rights to express disapproval of the Pinkos.

“Thus, the Marxist scum of Code Pink agree with Ron Paul on the key foreign policy areas of Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan.”

Congressman Paul voted in favor of House Joint Resolution 64, on 9/14/01.

That gave the authorization to use force in Afghanistan.

We are not currently at war with Iran.

He opposes the war in Iraq (I support it) but for different reasons than Code Pink.

Wonder if Benjamin actually thought she’d get a fair shake from the Cubans down in Miami? What an idiot. She may as well have gone down there and paraded thru the streets hollering how great Che was.

Benjamin won’t get any mileage out of this. She was chased off by a minority group. If a bunch of Anglo-Saxons had run the Pinkos out of town you’d see headline news.

Personally, I’m glad the Cubans gave her a taste of her own medicine.

I think it is wrong to threaten them, yes. I think your attempt at placing moral equivalence between these Marxist Pinkos and this poor lady in New Hampshire is more telling on your mindset.

I’ve attended enough ProtestWarrior events to know the best way to deal with Code Pink is to mock them, it really gets under their skin. They want violent attacks as it gets media attention.

Code Pink and the left have this BS notion about "direct action".

You can destroy property, but as long as you don't INTEND to hurt anybody, you can still kill somebody. And that's all called direct action.

So Medea babe, sweetie cups, Commie Poo, Marxist Mon=mmie you, don't think of it as violins, think of it as "Direct Action".

Code Pink is a steaming pile of Bolshevik.

Concur on that. They got some local press, but in context, the public probably sides with the people who ran them off because it's personal and more real.

Trendy dipstick college kids can wear a Che' shirt on a college campus and not get hassled because nobody there sufffered under Che's or had a relative killed. IN Miami, it's a lot closer to the real world reality and people understand much better what a threat Code Pink and Medea Benjamin represent to a free society.

This is indicative of how a small group of Cuban-Americans are holding the rest of the community hostage."

Does anyone think that she has any idea of what she just said?

Lets see, 6 Code Pinkos, at least 200 normal citizens, suitably enraged. Of course, Medea has the media in tow.

Apparently Benjamin doesn't know her a$$ from her elbow if she was looking for a sympathetic crowd in Little Havana.

“Remove me from your ping list immediately. I did not ask to be on your ping list. I do not support your candidate Ron Paul, nor the thug tactics of Ronulans.”

I wholeheartedly agree.

I’m starting to get sick of playing GITP’s silly little games of “gotcha” and his attempts at justifying the actions of his fellow paul supporters.

“Let me say I hate Code Pink and think they are a bunch of marxist scum. Howeer, I don’t think attacking them is the right thing to do - they will just get milage from it in the MSM.

Good thing it isn’t Paul supporters harassing Sean Hannity or calling a town clerk who didn’t double check election results and posted a 0 tally incorrectly for a candidate, garnering angry calls....

or there would be people showing up on this thread calling them brownshirts and saying that their behavior is shameful.

See this thread

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1953046/posts

I pinged the people from that thread who most condemned the behavior. I’m sure they’ll come here and be consistent and do the right thing.

For some reason I suspect they’ll just show up and make excuses and try to paint it as different.”

YAWN.
