There's some insinuation that Zanzibar is a gay bar in Santa Monica. Now who at KFI,who lives in the LA area, who doesn't appreciate John Ziegler's acidic comments, would refer to himself by such a monicker?
Yes, it does seem that the blog exchange (POST 43) was intense and whoever is getting all steamed up seems to know a lot!!

I was a rabid fan of Jon & Ken’s from afar. My reason wasn’t their comedy schtick, but rather their going after supposedly conservative pols like Rep. Dreier (who Jon constantly berated as being gay) for their open borders position. All you need to know about Jon & Ken was their sudden and shockingly hypocritical endorsement of Ghouliani back in March of last year. When I read that, I boycotted the show and haven’t listened to it since.
As to whether Jon and Ken are frauds, I suppose there is some truth to that in what Zeigler says. Bill Handel is just a lowlife lawyer, a blowhard. I never took him seriously. And as for Zeigler (who tells me he’s a conservative), he sounds more like a RINO. In fact, I don’t think there’s a single true conservative at KFI! If in fact Jon and Ken ARE frauds, they should be run out of town on a rail.
As for Ken Champeau being gay, that is most unfortunate for him. He should tell his fans, his audience, come out of the closet. Then watch their ratings tumble!
I havent been listening to KFI since the Ziegler report...
...it could because I haven;t looked/listened to Ken the same way a straight, right winger like myself looks at another dude.
There are other conservative/RW stations in LA anyways.

John Zeigler may have been somewhat of a victim, however, John K’s remark may or may not be interpreted as racist. Z just overreacted and overstepped his boundaries.
He is obviously very socially naive and in addition, his show was just a continuation of the maniacal ranting and screaming of John and Ken’s show, with the same lack of intelligence and rational thought supporting his views.
The fact that Z is forty something and finding it necessary to rat out his coworkers, although it is very interesting, on this website shows a strong lack of professionalism and maturity, and even dignity.
Perhaps it is news only to Z that Ken is gay.
