You missed the point. Assuming you, as the supreme arbiter of science, are absolutely correct—most of the world disagrees. That means individuals, companies, and nations which develope renewables will be rewarded economically. Thus even if you are right on the science, your comment about renewables being irrelevant is ignorant.

“most of the world disagrees”

“most of the world” - the world public - is uninformed of the degree to which the “man-made” GW as a “consensus”, is in fact not a consensus, and to which the majority of “scientists” supporting it are not in fact climatologists, or even scientifically related to climatologists, of which a majority of whom, in the world, agree that while the human contribution of CO2 is a factor, it is not now and never has been a significant factor as an actual driver/cause of warming/cooling cycles. it may very slightly raise or lower an existing cycle - is does cause them or create them or alter them drastically.

in fact the many-thousands’ year history of climate cycles shows CO2 to be a trailing factor, not a leading factor - with both warmer and cooler conditions prevailing when CO2 has been both more and less present than it is now, and the CO2 levels rising - in long cycles - following, not preceding warming cycles and falling - in long cycles - following, not preceding cooling cycles. What the ICCP models ignore is that CO2 levels are neither a zero sum factor, in terms of warming and the theoretical and chemically correct “warming” assumption is in fact not the only effect of greater CO2 in the greater and complex dynamics of the climate.

the essential international gambit against fossil fuels is now the man-made gw scam and not the historically longer peak-oil scam.

some “renewables” are fine,if their limitations are understood, but while that might include sun, wind and water it does not include “bio-fuels” which in fact, as major theorhetical dominant fuels for transportation would be an economic disaster and wreck havoc on world food production and the economics of it.

the eventual winners will be either hydrogen, fuel cells or electric power - leaving precious and valuable land and water for food.
