This was taken approximately 1 week after the Bryant couple disappeared. He is wearing a black knit hat. There was a woman that disappeared in Florida, and her dismembered body was discovered in Apalachicola park just a while back. This man used her ATM card 3 times and he was wearing a black knit cap. I know that they are investigating this already, but thought that I'd throw that out there. What an evil, evil man.
Yes, he is evil to the core. Just seeing his picture on tv, he reminds me of that John Couey, the _ _ _ that killed Jessica Lunsford, and buried her alive in a trash bag - with her favorite stuffed animal. I’m needing kleenex, now. Prayers to the family, loved ones and friends of Meredith Emerson.

I think the writers of the Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and our Bill of Rights would be rolling over in their graves, right now, with what has happened to our country, and those precious words they so painstakingly wrote.

Yes, yorkie, I think he looks like Couey, too. I can’t imagine what her family is going through. So senseless, and then to mutilate her like a wild animal. And to THINK that this piece of garbage is afraid of the death penalty.
Looks like you hit the nail on the head. Latest reports state that’s exactly what happened here, although they did say that if other jurisdictions bring charges on the other murders they may go for the death penalty.

This girl just from the picture with the dog, it makes you realize, that could have been my daughter. And then that poor girl who was inquiring about babysitting on Craigslist. The number of these cases is just too many to mention.
Just heard on the local news that they have tied him to a murder of a woman in Florida. I’m sure there are many more.

Also, I found a Gary Hilton that was living with 2 other men in Leon County, Florida, and they were evicted from a residence. According to court records, it was in 2000. But, I'm not sure if it's the same Gary Hilton and I have no way of checking. Here just enter is first and last name and search:

"I ran into Hilton last Aug or Sept(???) 2007 at a park in East Bradford Twp, PA (near West Chester). He was parked at a trail-head and appeared to have spent the night in his white Astro van. He had many blankets or sleeping bags hung over a fence - as if he was airing them out. I remember wondering why the local police did not notice him, especially since his Georgia license plate was out of place and his appearance was wierd. I wondered how he traveled so far when he appeared as though he was homeless. I thought he was perhaps a Vietnam vet and perhaps received disability payments. He did not appear to be someone who could hold a job. I am very sorry I did not call the police at the time I saw him. I do not know whether the authorities had any idea Hilton had traveled as far as Pennsyvania. I wish I had said something."

Tuesday, Union County District Attorney Stan Gunter told The Associated Press that authorities had agreed not to seek the death penalty against Hilton if he led them to Emerson's body, which he did.
Lee Darragh, district attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit in Georgia, said after Hilton's hearing that he planned to take the case to the grand jury, which he believes meets in early March.
Darragh told the Journal-Constitution he was not a part of any discussions about the death penalty, nor was he asked to be a part of any talks. The circuit he presides over includes Dawson and Hall counties.
I believe that she was kidnapped in Union County and killed/found in Dawson County - so I hope that she is tried in Dawson County by Darragh!
This same article states - "Meanwhile a news report in Florida is connecting Hilton to the death of a Sunday school teacher there."
