You know what else I use that coriander in?
Take coconut milk and add grated ginger, coriander seed, hot peppers, scallion and then marinate catfish in it over night.
dredge the fish in a spicy fish fri and fry it up. delicious
Too bad, too, because they made great skeet.
I’m going to need another pot of coffee if I want to stay up till midnight.

I’m afraid if you managed that reick, you’d never hear from me again. :) I’m waiting to hear back from my Retention NCO. I separate in June and I’m looking into the Reserves. I might just get to do some good if I can find a unit near home. The NG isn’t out of the question either. If all else fails, I’ll try contract work with Halliburton. If I don’t get some sand in my boots I’m gonna explode!

Its a pain to do, but I even make little fritters with the ginger and scallion. Way tasty.
I dont waste nuthin. serve all that on a bed of fresh greens add a splash of chili oil

I scraped most of it off and am eating the eggs anyway!
