This humbug Priest of Mammon and Prophet of Doom is not a Baptist.Baptists require water. More water means more baptists - no?

Dont know whether to laugh or barf about this! I vote for barf; it was bad enough that Jimmy Carter was supposed to be a 'Baptist' (he more of an embarrassment) but ALGORE is an 'Abomination'...

“Gore is getting nervous about what hes done and is trying o position himself as ethical, while completely not.”
It has nothing to do with ethics. It’s front organization started by Jimmy Carter to explain to conservatives why Jesus wants them to pay higher taxes, support abortions, etc.

Didn’t know that, but it’s what I figured. It’s a political front group trying to help a sinking Gore.

Gore is just incidental to this front group. It’s a front group started by Jimmy Carter to convince evangelical Christians that they have a religious obligation to support democrats. Gore just happens to be a democrat.
If you remember, all of the democrat candidates, particularly Hillary Clinton, are ‘reaching’ out to the evangelicals, emphasizing the religious roots of their democrat policies. It’s a ‘What Would Jesus Do’ thing where Jesus would support higher taxes, universal health care, higher minimum wage, trade unions, removing the troops from Iraq, closing Guantanamo, etc.

Some Baptists, myself included, do have issues with lying. I personally have issues with Bill Clinton’s lie about his adulterous affair with Monica Lewinsky, followed by his shallow “apology” when he got caught. I even have issues with President Bush’s father’s famous lie-—”Read my lips; no new taxes.”
