It is more sad that a 67 year old granny chooses to threaten the freedom of this 56-year-old's children and grandchildren by advocating behavior control at gunpoint.

you misread or misinterpreted my post. I am against the blood draws cited in the article. If more Texas towns, counties or cities do that, then I’ll be avoiding Texas — cuz, as noted earlier by others, one can have that blood draw imposed on us regardless of other reasons for “appearing” to be intoxicated or driving erratically.
