As of September 30th:

Romney: $62,829,069 (of which 71% is from individuals — $44,485,017; PAC is 298,700, the rest is Romney’s own contributions)

Guiliani: 47,253,521 (of which 95% is from individuals)

Thompson: $12,828,111 (of which 99% is from individuals)

Paul: $8,268,453 (of which $10,500 comes from “business/labor”)

So let’s “frickin” put that in perspective shall we? Even if he got 180,000 halfwits to donate cash to his campaign in one day, his TOTAL amount falls far short of the front runners in this campaign, which is reflective of course in his 2-4% pollng numbers.

Get a grip already.

Your totals are incorrect. I specifically mentioned the 4Q, not the entire campaign year, and even throughout the duration, Paul (along with Huckabee) is the only candidate to see an increase in donations each quarter.

When the 4Q totals are official, it will show that Paul will have led all GOP candidates. When the year totals are released, it will show that Paul will be 3rd or 4th in total fundraising.

The "2%-4%" in the polls is also a non-issue, as many of Paul's supporters are newcomers or disgruntled Republicans who are not reflective in the MSM polls.

You should always put what I said in italics or put quotes around it.

Why? By using color instead I can preserve any emphasis, including italics, used by the poster I'm quoting. IOW I started doing that because it's more accurate. It also permits distinguishing two levels of quotation: the entire quotation in color with the first quote intalicized.

I repeat: Are you using a monochrome monitor? Are you color blind? What's the problem? (He asked, pretending that a Ronulan hasn't been once again trying to change the subject.)

So don’t attack the message, attack the font???

The "message" has already been debunked. Lurkers and others who want to read the thread will have a difficult time trying to figure out if I said that if it's not typed differently.

See, EEE? Use of color allows me to quote both your reply to Redwood, in color, and your quotation of Redwood, in color AND intalicized.

Anyway, Redwood, EEE was just trying to change the subject. I caught him -- with exact quotation, not paraphase -- flatly contradicting himself in a single message. See my #198 and the exchange preceeding.

Bolton agrees with Paul

“In part the United States is responsible for this by pushing (Pakistani President Pervez) Musharraf to try and cut a deal with Benazir Bhutto, by encouraging her to go back in the country, by trying to act like we could have a democratic election campaign in a situation with great instability,” Bolton told the Fox News Channel this afternoon.

You are the one who is high. Unless he pulled in 40+ million in the 4th quarter then you are way out in left field.

2-4% is an issue, as that will be the sum total of his support. Period.
