this looks like it was done by dutch stationed in afghanistan? Military one-off stuff depicting the enemy doing stupid things is quite normal (and good, why not make the enemy a comedy routine?) LAAF is a hilarious acronym.
The surprising thing is that this was allowed into the mainstream dutch media.
