This is EXCELLENT news! An endorsement from former NH Senator Bob Smith REALLY means something! He served New Hampshire faithfully for many years. Smith is the salt of the earth, and a true conservative to the core! I sorely miss Bob Smith in New Hampshire. He always did what was right for NH, and right for our country, regardless of the political cost.
Smith’s endorsement of Duncan Hunter is a BIG DEAL - a REALLY BIG DEAL! Most excellent !!!!!!

The huge 2003 fires in the east county and central NE county of San Diego that destroyed over 2,300 homes is the one that Hunter lost his home in

Duncan Hunter is the best running by far. A good and honest man who loves this country more than himself.
I will be voting for Hunter in the primary regardless. We need him in a position of power because he puts our interests first.
Duncan Hunter—the only choice for POTUS.

No endorsement of a true conservative is ever a waste unless you’re a liberal. Last I saw, Fred was at 1% in NH. Is that who you would rather Smith have wasted his endorsement on? Oh, and the next time you presume to “fix” something; Try to spell “wasting” correctly. It sort of negates your faux fix when you do that.

What we need are votes and support, ... Correct you are, and you don't have it, and at this stage of the game that means it's basically over. And all the delusional happy talk won't make it anything but. But if you disagree, please explain who Hunter will win any of the states between now and February, since he's polling about 1%. What? He's going to spend 500 million dollars buying every available media spot if all 50 states?

He was, and the RINOS did not care for him much

It's not that simple. Whether he wins or not is not the only consideration. Also on the table is the support of a set of
ideas. A stronger showing by a qualified candidate like Hunter keeps those ideas on front-center stage. To actively push someone like the man Tancredo half-heartedly endoresed is, in my view, to throw in the towel and reward mediocrity.
With that said, I cordially invite you to join Duncan in advancing his ideas. Do something positive!

I wouldn't read too much into Tanc's endorsement. It was half-hearted at best (not even mentioned at teamtancredo.org, with its special end-of-campaign page). It was probably due more to financial considerations and perceived probabilities than anything else.
We're making progress, and need to continue doing what we we're doing to advance what Duncan Hunter stands for.
