Only they can clean their house and it certainly needs cleaning. If there are decent lawyers and judges out there then I would say, “Clean your house.” Whining about the fact that a small percentage are honest and actually law abiding will not change public opinion. I cite as examples, Sutton, Nifong, Fitzpatrick to name but a few.

In this case, the home environment may or may not be the healthiest. I don’t know. But I do know I have a problem with the “states compulsory education requirement.”

That's the meaning anyway. I could go into the intricate details about German grammar but I won't. Most Germans say it makes their heads hurt. Us Auslanders don't stand a chance. I still get lost sometimes over which case is the proper case, but it's something you get used to when speaking the language.

that is what it means in English...I apologise, the second person plural form of verbs in German is not exactly the one I recall the best. Especially after I learned Polish...
