This is true, everyone has a great anecdote when a subject comes up...:)
Good night, ladies. I am also signing off. See you soon.
Jaycee I know how upsetting that was for you. That happened here this year. I told my daughter I would be right out and she came in so upset. There was a little baby bunny floating in the pool. It was so upsetting for us. Nature is wonderful and brings us joy but unfortunately, we also sometimes have to see the bad with the good.
I see Junior is “humming”..Anxiosly awaiting news of first flight!
That is absolutely amazing, isn’t it? When the new babies run, they do not know where they are going...they just are scared and run fast and run into dangers. Its nature’s way and I suppose we shouldn’t have messed with our little nest but we always peeped before at other’s nests.
I have 3 of the tube feeders, 2 for all bird types and 1 for the yellow finches. In the summer, my bunnies will sit under the feeders and they love to eat that bird seed. They are tame if you walk slowly around them! (I catch myself longing for spring already)!!
Good Morning, Meg! We’ve been telling stories again! Good to see ya this morning. A bit dreary today...temps are down but not bad. It is supposed to get worse by Sunday.
Have Red Hat Christmas Luncheon today. Going to a new little cafe serving mostly salads and soups. They have “cornbread salad”. Time is so precious at this time but I must go to the luncheon. We are exchanging gifts. Can’t pay but $3.00...LOL~~but it is just for fun.
What fun! I’ve been reading from yesterday..There are such wonderful blessings watching our wildlife..along with sad losses..My daughter in law and son have bunnies in their yard..I am envious..I love bunnies...but have not seen one in ages..never here.
Sunday we are to have a freeze...but no rain, so it won’t be bad.
Enjoy your luncheon!
