Writing in today's Medical Journal of Australia, Associate Professor Barry Walters said every couple with more than two children should be taxed to pay for enough trees to offset the carbon emissions generated over each child's lifetime.
Exterminate all animal life on Earth and it can enjoy carbon free bliss for billions of years. That's where this enviro-lunacy is heading. Publicly environmentalists discuss the taxes to dissuade people from reproducing - in private, environmentalists already discuss the wonders of a world with no people or other animal life in it.

I think Barry should be "put to sleep" immediately to help stop mind pollution.

The ultimate agenda of environmentalism (Green Communism) is extinction of the human race. As extreme as that sounds, I believe that is the aim.

"Professor Walters, clinical associate professor of obstetric medicine at the University of Western Australia and the King Edward Memorial Hospital in Perth, called for condoms and "greenhouse-friendly" services such as sterilisation procedures to earn carbon credits."
I wonder what the chances are that this lunatic is an abortionist.
It sounds like he envies the Chinese Communists.
Cordially,

Of course this tax would only be levied on the “developed” nations; and the governments of those nations would be expected to pony up for the babies produced by its own poor and illegal underclass who can’t afford to pay it. Try collecting this tax from the Mideast or Africa.
