Looks like someone has some more 'splainin' to do ;-)

BTW, I went to the TPM website, they sure have Rooty nailed. Article after article of his malfeasance and mis-use of public funds spent on and for his mistress.

Also, as 'someone' posted (post was deleted), left-wing site or not, facts are facts and outing documenting Rooty and Judi's criminality sure isn't "slander". Plus it's not like the RNC is going to issue press releases on Rooty's shenanigans and bookkeeping tricks. And personally I don't care where the facts are published. The Peoples Daily or the NY Post,'Facts' being the operative word.

And I'll say it again (and keep saying it) - the U.S. Attorney, Michael J. Garcia, Southern District of NY, better get off his butt and start digging into this. And if he has a conflict due to a personal relationship with Rooty, then I offer up the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of IL, Patrick Fitzgerald, as Special Prosecutor to do the job. He worked with Rooty but Fitz would put his own grandmother in Prison so that's no issue. He's cleaning up Chicago and IL political corruption on a daily basis (he got the Mob and Pols of both parties and is still going for more, like our ijit Gov) - he could take Rooty and Judi down for this in a 'New York Minute'.

In addition, let's say Rooty does get elected POTUS (heaven forbid). Does anyone think the Dems are going to let this stuff go? Hell no, it will be investigation, after investigation, after investigation, and then impeachment. It'll be Whitewater and Watergate rolled into one.

If Rooty had an ounce of decency he'd withdraw N-O-W. He's a disgrace as a 'republican' and he's a disgrace as a person.

Kindly excuse the long response time, I type really slooooooow and edit a lot.

Rudy was entitled to security protection no matter where he was or who he was with. ........but the problem is the extra protection Giuliani provided Nathan when he wasn't around - when she went shopping, visited parents. NYPD security WALKED HER DOG - drove her friends around even when she was not in the police car.........

(1) It's not the security detail's expenses per se that are at issue here; it's the EXTRA police expenses Rooty incurred; expenses he calculatedly hid in obscure agencies to keep the costs secret.

(2) Every NYC mayor gets a security detail 24/7 (a standard budget item as is the family's security detail).

If Rudy had simply stayed home with his wife and kids acting like the paradigm family man he conned the public into believing he was, HE WOULD NEVER HAVE INCURRED EXTRA EXPENSES for gas, hotels/meals per diems, and occasional airline bills. These bills exposed Rooty's extramarital activities and become fodder for the NY press (and the thing that probably sank his bid for US Senator).

(3) Yes, Rooty was married and porking his mistress---but the coverup is what's at issue here---meant to coverup the married Mayor was getting it on with his mistress.

(4) Rudy's arrogance led him to feel entitled to subsidize his playmate with government funds and he deliberately buried the expenses in obscure agencies.....that in itself is an admission of guilt.

(5) Rooty assigned seven NYPD officers and government cars at Jooty's beck and call 24/7. They guarded her NYC apartment building and her Hampton's condo....and walked her dog and drove her friends around......all at taxpayers' expense...............and all of it IN EXCESS of what the married Mayor was already alotted for security for himself, and his immediate family.

The Dems Love Rooty and Huckabucky because they know that in the general Election they will trash either/or and go for a Demorat Win.

Daily News, May 4, 2000

Judith Nathan is an upper East Side single mom who met Mayor Giuliani at a private-school event several months ago and struck up an “affectionate” relationship, sources said.

Nathan, 45, a business manager for a Fortune 500 drug company, split up with her husband eight years ago and lives with her teenage daughter in a luxury apartment building on E. 94th St.

Nathan is a doting mom and a fitness buff who loves chess, backgammon and bridge, said [psychologist Manos] Zacharioudakis.

Bruce Nathan, her estranged husband, said yesterday that he knows little about his wife’s relationship with Giuliani.

“As far as her social life, I don’t keep track,” he said.

Sources said Giuliani and Nathan met several months ago at a private-school event. Nathan’s teenage daughter attends an upper East Side school.

The mayor’s children also attend Manhattan private schools.

A City Hall aide described Nathan as “solicitous” and doting, apt to say things like, “ ‘Rudy must eat this’ or ‘Don’t eat that.’ “

Until last fall, Nathan lived with Zacharioudakis in an E. 55th St. high-rise.

She also owns a condominium in Southampton, L.I.

A former neighbor described Nathan as sharply conscious of her status in East Side social circles.

“She’s living her dream,” the ex-neighbor said. “She’s been climbing for a long time.”

The Vancouver Sun, May 5, 2000

NEW YORK — Rudolph Giuliani, the New York mayor who stopped wearing his wedding ring months ago although he still lives with his wife, has dropped another political bombshell by confessing that he has a close relationship with an Upper East Side divorcee.

Giuliani, 55, described Judith Nathan, 46, as “a good friend, a very good friend” after photographers captured them leaving a restaurant together near the Mayor’s official residence at Gracie Mansion.

Nathan, a registered nurse who works as manager for a pharmaceutical company, has been seen with the mayor several times at dinners and public events since they met several months ago at the private school that her teenage daughter attends.

Nathan sat next to Giuliani at the Inner Circle banquet in March at which local journalists poke fun at public figures, and spent New Year’s Eve with him at the city’s emergency command centre. The two have also been seen tete-a-tete at a seafood restaurant in the Long Island resort of Montauk.

Nice finds. Thanks. NBC’s Liza Meyers did a hit piece on Giuliani last week——a lot of the stuff she used was already posted on FR......that RG left office with $7000 in the bank then quickly became a millionaire (worth some $60M today). Has global business ties including Citgo-—with connections to Hugo Chavez.

All these men running around changing their own lives, not going home to their own women, so that Rudy could cheat on HIS wife and get some honey. It just reminded me of the mating strategy of the wild turkey, who will have his less-dominant brother turkeys ALSO strut to attract the girl, and sacrifice their own chance at mating to hide out and protect the mating area of their dominant brother.

Here is a new one... the company dissolved before it ever was up and running. The name kinda makes ya wonder what venture they were pursuing. This company was set up and dissolved in the state of Florida on the same dates as he set up and dissolved Giuliani Partners LLC in that state.

Miraculous, isn't it?

I remember reading those old articles although I missed Liza Meyers hit piece.

Ummmm - is there a tie in somewhere here - or maybe posted here by slip of the keyboard??? Just curious ;o)

No doubt--Giuliani is a turkey. And he gets his women by having subordinates, or those in his inner circle, create an aura of power. Why risk not being able to charm the tramp when you can squander public resources on her and appeal to her ladder-climbing socialite aspirations?

From 1997, mentions Ho, Ng Lap Seng, and some other familiar names. And this isn't dealing with Rudy....

Stanley Ho's mentioned here, too...

FIFTY FUGITIVE FRIENDS OF BILL The following list, adapted from an article in Human Events, details fifty individuals connected with Bill Clinton and the Democratic fundraising scandal who have either fled the country, refused to be interviewed, or taken the 5th.

Seems to me, if it's good enough to go after Rudy with, Hillie should be on the hot seat beside him...

Dang! Those names bring back some memories.
In addition to Rudy agreeing with Clinton’s policies, he even keeps some of the same company!

You miss the point. Rudy gave his bimbo security of her own. They were driving her around, and walking her dog, when he wasn’t around. She even loaned her security detail out to taxi her friends on shopping trips when she wasn’t with them.

These are crimes. They are also taxable events. Hopefully, the IRS and the NY State taxing authority will investigate this.

There may also be federal public corruption charges the U.S. Justice Dept. can bring against Rudy. Hopefully, the U.S. Attorney for Southern New York will launch an investigation.
