I don’t care what anyone thinks except the real professionals with their own cash invested. I have friends who sold their developed and undeveloped land, under- construction tracts and mortgages in 2005-06. Those same friends are buying back those assets at a deep discount right now. I’m taking that advise to the bank.

So who benefits? Borrowers who inappropriately speculated in housing when they knew they couldn’t make the payments at reset data and the banks who created this disgusting mess by closing their eyes when they knew this was going to come to an end.

Who benefits?

1. Existing homeowners who won't have foreclosed homes surrounding them.
2. Investors who won't see their funds go to zero.
3. Subprime borrowers, who may be able to continue to afford their payments.
4. Stock owners who will see stocks rally.
5. Employees who will see better job growth.
6. Business owners who will see a continue growing economy.

Losers??

1. People who wish to gain off of failing home values.
