Why is that all the crap made in hollywood is protected by the first amendment as ‘art’ and ‘entertainment’ but video games are not?

Who says video games aren't?

True, the video game market/retailers/distribution companies/hardware manufacturers all engage in some type of “self-censorship”. A/O is the kiss of death.

But lawyers/politicians see video games as a soap box issue that could line their pockets one way or another. Film on the other hand is long established and has a wider appeal. The practice of demagoguery on moving pictures is old and tired (Although traces still exist and sometimes get tag when bashing VG). Video games offer a fresh whipping boy to go after.

I took your advice, and ran and hid behind the bumper cars. It took me about an hour and a half, but I finally beat the flashback level. Not too long after that I beat the game.

Couldn’t have done it without you.

I am so lame that I really can only do one at a time. If I play more than one, I tend to confuse things and suck even more than I usually do, which is really saying something.

I will check it out. My son works at Gamestop and can take home any game he likes, I will ask him to grab it for me.

Thanks for the heads up, I am eager to give it a try.

Cheers,

knewshound
