I’ve been working on the heating system (found and bought the car back in July) and this is what I discovered.
The faster the engine runs, the more heat, since the cooling fan supplies the heated air. And at highway speeds, it almost runs me out of the car.
There are still a lot of them out there. Take a look at the classifieds on

The 05 weighs over 1000 lbs more but only has a 4.7L. \
Is this weight increase mostly because the cab and bed design is different (crew cab or whatever they call it)? Or is it just a matter of froo froo and "safety" crap? My '84 Ford with 6.9 diesel has no froo froo whatsoever and doesn't even talk that language.

For instance, Blair says that ALG's three-year residual on a Honda Accord is about 55%--meaning that it is estimated to be worth about 55% of its original value after three years--while for a Hyundai Sonata, it's only 40%, which translates to a difference in value of $3,750 over those three years on a sticker price of $25,000. All I can tell you is that I love my 2006 Sonata. As far as trade in value I loved my 98 Olds Intrigue for 200k miles. They gave me $900 for a trade in. Hopefully this car will last that long.

Very true. The Tundra alone had numerous problems and yet the MSM avoids mentioning them ever in these types of articles.

I just picked up a flying carpet in Baghdad from Achmed, the use rug dealer. Didn’t have to kick the tires.
No gas, plugs or points, but no windshield, either. Makes it rough flying down country roads, wiping bugs off my glasses.

When I was in the business, a 200k car was called a “dollar” car. They didn’t “give” you $900. They screwed you on the “discount” on the new car. When they moved the 3 shells, you blinked.

I had a twenty-fifth anniversary RS, upgrade engine, T tops, deep purple with gray bottom accents and over-sized tires. Loved that car. THP stopped me on I-81 one-night on the way to Knoxville doing 128 ... I was on a TBI call so I didn’t get a ticket, but it ticked ol’ Ivan off pretty good after he got off the phone to the TBI folks. Man he wanted me so bad!

But Im afraid the new Camaro will be very high-priced.
It probably won't be too bad if you get the basic model:
But upgrade to the Bumblebee Edition, and it's likely to cost quite a bit more!

You left in 75, Toledo was still rolling big. The unemployment rate here is now over 8% (Bushes fault /sarc).
I have had the tagline for about a year and it is so true....glad you liked it..

I wouldn’t mind the small 8 although I am pretty happy with the old 231 ci V-6 that I have in both my Camaro and Firebird.
To: Chi-townChief
then you will love the v6 offered by Chevrolet
240 hp and 21/29 mpg
