Given Canada's open immigration policies, terrorist organizations have established cells there seeking "havens, operational bases and attempting to gain access to the USA,"Thanks Canada, nice way to treat the friends who make you safe.

I have been hounding, Hounding and HOUNDING on this for 5-6 years !!!!!!!!
I live in Minnesota & frequently fish the Canadian border waters. I will not say any more, but you can imagine where this would lead if I did...

Many more of them fly in with fast-track visas to go to our universities and corporate offices without going through Canada.

Stop being ignorant. This is just a means to deflect attention away from the Mexican border.
Why do we use it? Because it works.

Anyone ever done the border crossing immediately west of Glacier NP? When I was there 10 years ago it was an isolated log cabin with a DEA-type guy, a female uniformed BP officer, and another plainclothes type who’d clearly drawn his sidearm when I was walking to the office (not to cross, to ask directions).
More to say. but between the whacky staff and the grizzlies, it would be a tough covert crossing.
What drew me there was to see the spot where the battle scenes of Heaven’s Gate were filmed, which as it turned out was immediately across the dirt road in front of the BP office.

...agreed! One culture is cheap to hire but expensive for all other Americans to assimilate. The other culture isn't slave labor, but it doesn't need to be assimilated.

We need a security perimeter around North America, not more fences between us.

Thanks for your service in Afghanistan. Now how about guarding your side of the border closer to home? You’ve got Hamas and Hezbollah terrorist entering your country on Commonwealth passports.
To: fanfan
Yes, we’re fine thanks !
Hope all is fine with you as well !

To: Zuben Elgenubi
Actually, its hubby that serves. You’ve got the same types of people residing in your country as well—maybe we should close the borders to keep them from crossing into Canada.
Or maybe, we could all realise that we are on the same side in this fight.
