I believe Copeland and the Huckster have been friends and mutual supporters for a long time. I consider it another reason to worry about the Huckster.
Could be just a hunch or a preconditioned response, but I’m going to have to look at this some more.
As best as I can figure it, Copeland believes health and prosperity are promised to all believers. This, by itself, puts him outside the Bible. His church doesn’t seem to participate in any of the standard fiscal responsibility organizations for churches.
As for Huckabee:
John Brummett is also a raging liberal along with Max Brantley, but they’ve got Huckabee pegged.
