Don't forget the next paragraph -> "The records, which the Navy Personnel Command provided to the Globe (who didn't share them with the public), are mostly a duplication of what Kerry released.

The records were never released to the public, just his pals at the Globe to tell us "mostly" what they wanted us to hear.
