IIRC, a couple of years ago there were stories about queers that considered the infection of other queers with HIV/AIDS as giving "the gift".

If that isn't mental illness, I don't know what is.

The homo probably signed the donor card years and years ago. Homos are almost always liberals and as such do things that “feel good” without thinking about consequences.

This could be the case. It could be that this donor really didn't think he/she was infected.

Sure. In fact I'd guess that a straight man with hep C is more likely to be unaware of it than a gay man is. I Think I read somewhere that you can go 10 years or more without any symptoms, and then it takes another 10-20 years before you get really sick.
