Personally I'm a big fan of "The Derb".

Correction:

The return of Spiro Agnew’s Silent Majority ...

A timely development, since his "Effete Corps of Impudent Snobs" are making their move for total control...

Remember the HUGE influx of “new” Americans in 1996? As the “new” citizens were sworn in they were registered as democrat voters. Remember that?

It's time for the periodic Monty Python reference;

"M: I came here for a good argument.
A: No you didn’t; no, you came here for an argument.
M: An argument isn’t just contradiction.
A: It can be.
M: No it can’t. An argument is a connected series of statements intended to establish a proposition.
A: No it isn’t.
M: Yes it is! It’s not just contradiction.
A: Look, if I argue with you, I must take up a contrary position.
M: Yes, but that’s not just saying ‘No it isn’t.’
A: Yes it is!
M: No it isn’t!

PS: "The elite" would more properly defined as (a)Those in a position, due to wealth, education, social status, or (now) notoriety, who are capable of influencing social forms and societal evolution.
And, (b) those who are not but believe themselves to be (a).
Then, of couse, there is (c) those who can be bought.

If one the other hand, we look at which party wants to cut taxes on captitals gains, which party wants to lower taxes on the top income bracket, etc etc, that would provide a much better clue. Oh give me a break! The only leader of a political party who gave me a break (I make under $80,000 / yr) is George W. Bush! a Republican. The dims keep costing me money to support those who don't want to work!

What’s Hillary’s stance du jour on the issue?

That's easy - the opposite of whatever it was yesterday.

Who are these people making such a fuss about a perfectly reasonable, humane proposal?

These must be the extremists, racists and bigots!/S

I totally agree with the voter I.D. thing, and as kind of my own little protest, I have started, every time I vote, showing the registrar my driver’s license. They don’t ask, but I show it anyway-—and I tell them why!
