Sounds fishy. Normally when I receive survey calls, the number is UNA (Unavailable) on my caller-id. I wouldn’t recommend posting the number if it isn’t listed. You can check sites like anywho.com to make sure it isn’t a personal line.

Thank you. After a few busy signals I took the poll, my first. They have some really insane options - lol. I can’t imagine anyone choosing withdraw all troops from Iraq now or give Hillary an excellent rating. Remarkable. Those shouldn’t even be options!
A little odd is that the only content questions are on Iraq and Illegal Immigration/borders. Nothing about health care, nothing about Iran , the economy, the environment etc.
I asked my wife if she would like to be polled. She takes many consumer surveys and they send her free samples and coupons. She took the poll and pointed out they only asked about Hillary and not Obama on the Democrat side. She said he should be p*ssed because it’s like he is already written off. Lol, thanks again. :)

Everyone, I searched and the number isn’t listed but it is owned by a CLEC in Dallas and registered to a residential landline. It may be someone who does the surveys for them. Let’s not post in public.

Post it. It is obviously a listed number. Otherwise it would not have shown up on your caller id. There are no rules governing this it’s fair game. Besides if Rasmussen can lie to America with their skewed numbers from their slanted polls why shouldn’t you be able to post a little phone number. If you go to Anywho or a similar phone directory site you can do a reverse search and find out how the number is listed. Lastly dont be a wimp Rasmussen makes a living bashing President Bush. Rasmussen needs a good kick in the teeth.

While I see your point, I’d rather not hand the number over to the DU trolls that love to hang around. I’m not giving it out to anyone that just signed up either.

It’s one thing to “freep” a CNN online poll, but Rasmussen attempts to use statistically sound polling techniques. I don’t think it would be right to undermine them.
