At this point in the game the city of Fresno cannot walk away. They have put up city collateral for the property. Selland Arena for one.
Perhaps one of the local Indian tribes will come to the rescue. They are buying everything else in this town, so it would only make sense that they should be involved in the Running Horse deal.
Is anyone listening to KMJ about the Running Horse deal? According to Bubba the city hasn’t bought into it yet.
So now I am confused. What was the picture and the article in the Bee talking about the million or so dollars going to the guy from San Diego that had the lein/loan on the property???
