So nationwide strikes have crippled France? Kind of makes me sad for the anti-Bush crowd that can’t garner enough people to shut down a street in Washington DC on a Saturday. Those Frenchies are making our protesters look bad! If I was one, I’d be ashamed.

Well, he should keep in mind a couple of things. One, there’s always some nationwide strike sweeping France, and probably always will be, but they don’t last. Two, he’s well rid of that one, even if it doesn’t look so good right now. France is lucky they have him, and not Segolene, who was divorced *without* being married. :’)
