No its been around for years. Ralph Marlin is the one that makes ties with assorted pictures on it - like Star Trek ties, etc.
I have some ties with computer parts, pictures of $100 bills, Three Stooges, all sorts of goofy ties.

That’s called a motif tie.
Unlike Rush ties, which we used to sell till they were sold to discount stores, which were printed computer generated geometric patterns.

My favorite tie is a blue starry sky with Spiderman crawling up a wall.
Amazing - ly, it goes well with most of my suits.

Texas A&M has a T-Shirt with Vick hanging the mascot of a rival school. Rush was talking about it, but I did not find a picture of it on Google images.

My ex used to be on a local committee to hand out money that came, in part, from the NEA.
When Rush was talking about somebody saying "Matthews has a man-crush on Thompson", that probably comes from a Chris Wallace appearance on Howie Carr talking about then-MA Gov. Romney.
CW, much to his regret, said something like "Romney is a handsome guy, and I could see having a man-crush on him".
Wallace used to appear for a segment every Friday, promoting his Fox Sunday show, until Howie Carr overly played those comments in his show's opening, and coming back from commercials.

We’re talking Dress for Success, not fashion wear. Next thing you know, you’ll be getting excited about ballroom dancing.

We derived most of our revenues from suits. With the advent of “Casual Friday” business clothing sales diminished in half. Getting into the professional uniform business saved our company.
