Right! They love the military up there! If I were the Navy, I would hold fleet week in Las Vegas before I held it in San Francisco.

No one with any authority in SF city or county government is pro military in any way. Newsom is a lying pervert, and gives no respect, consideration or attention to, the ordinary citizens of SF who do appreciate the military and their service to this nation including San Francisco.

As an example of SF’s attitude toward the military, Army Street, a major thoroughfare in San Francisco, was recently renamed Cesar Chavez Street.

As you know San Diego has the largest Fleet Week in the country. With so much of the Navy and Marines here, we support them.

Funny, electing a nutcase for a major was not enough. He had to be a lying nutcase...
He totally forgot about things like the gay parades in SF, they seem to have at least one a month.
He also overlooked the hundred or so dimbulbs who tie up traffic at commuter hours at least once a month on their stupid bicycles.
Did the marines request the use of a San Francisco city street? Yes or no?
Were they denied? Yes or no.
That's the short and the long of it.
