Me too. I am a protestant, but not only do I like symbols, but I wish our church would do something like the rosary, and do more recitations of creeds and the Lord’s Prayer. I think that a believer’s reflection on symbols and finely crafted recitations, with God’s help, is worth more than any words of our his own making, regardless of how “sincere” or heartfelt.

Patriotic Americans would never have voted for him, anyway.
This is the same as the Left claiming that they are patriots because they are against the war.
He is a disgrace, and I’m glad that he is not wearing the American flag. He dishonors those that fought and died for it when he does wear it.
First, he's a damn democrap. As such he is a not a good place to display Old Glory. It's kind of like putting our flag on a porta-potty.
Second, he's 'outed' himself for lack of patriotism.
I'll bet the hildabeast will hitch a flagpole to her triple-wide butt now. However, that won't fool anyone.
Over the last few months it has seemed to me that Obama has outed himself as being immature. His reasoning for not wearing the flag pin is straight out of highschool.
I think he becomes less of a threat every time he opens his pie-hole.
She wants him pushed out so she can go up against Edwards in the Primaries because she is frightened of B. Hussein Obama's popularity, but knows she can decimate Edwards when it is just her and him. And she will.
I agree with your observation. My guess is that he’s trying to score points with the “out in left field” crowd. Wouldn’t be surprised if his poll numbers start suddenly rising.
