What of it? Are you saying they can't? I don't know what point you're trying to make.

"Do the people have a right to pollute their lungs with tobacco smoke? Do the people have a right to stress or injure their livers with alcohol use?"

Yep. And you have the right, nay the privilege, of paying for their health care.

As of last year, the legislature is still trying to criminalize possession. It's now down to one ounce, and it will soon go before the Alaska Supreme Court again.

What are you referring to?
