This definitely looks like a misuse of funds from this organization—surely there are laws against issuing fatwas against private citizens?!?
DINGY Harry (dingy like the boat and dingy like the shirt collar) has finally gone around the bend!!
CONGRESS, TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR OWN!!! >:-(
PHONY PATRIOTS PERSIST IN PURSUING PLEASANT PUBLIC RADIO PERSONALITY RUSH LIMBAUGH; CONGRESS CONVENES EMERGENCY MEETING TO HAVE REID COMMITTED “FOR HIS OWN SAFETY”
My new dream headline.
Rush really has got to thank Harry for all this free publicity—I am curious how many new listeners are tuning in to see how ‘evil’ he is, only to learn the Maha Rushie is the truthspeaker, and Dingy is the liar! :-)
I just dropped a note to Mr. Mays of Clear Channel thanking him for his support - MarkPMays@clearchannel.com
I know I’m a bit late to the party, but here’s the e-mail I sent to that disgrace, Harry Reid:
Sen. Reid,
I am writing you to express my outrage that you and most of your fellow Democrats in the U.S. Senate are wasting time and American tax dollars to accuse Mr. Rush Limbaugh of denigrating the U.S. armed forces. You do this by taking something Rush said, out of context, and pretend that he is attacking our troops. This has got to be one of the most disgraceful episodes under your “leadership,” and I use the term very loosely, that I have yet seen. Rush has shown more support of the U.S. military than all the Democrats in the U.S. Senate, combined!
As a citizen of the great state of Iowa, it is particularly embarrassing to have Sen. Tom Harkin disgrace our state, once again, by his shameful display on the floor of the Senate.
The Democrats, I believe, were the first to decry the “politics of personal destruction,” during the Clinton Administration. Yet, time after time, Democrats cannot win in the arena of ideas, so they go for the most ugly of personal attacks imaginable on their political opponents. What a bunch of hypocrites. Especially in light of the spinelessness of the 25 of you that refused to condemn the personal attack on General David Petraeus by MoveOn.org and pledge your full support of General Petraeus and all members of the United States Armed Forces. Who are some of your fellow Senate disgraces? Here’s a partial role call, Senator Reid:
Boxer (D-CA)
Byrd (D-WV)
Clinton (D-NY)
Dodd (D-CT)
Durbin (D-IL)
Feingold (D-WI)
Harkin (D-IA)
Kennedy (D-MA)
Kerry (D-MA)
Reid (D-NV)
Schumer (D-NY)
Wait, who was that next to last U.S. Senator without the courage to support our military? Oh, yes, that would be YOU, Senator Reid! I’m absolutely disgusted at the direction you and Speaker Pelosi are taking the Congress. And your dismal approval ratings, much lower than President Bush’s I might add, reflect that disgust. Please do all U.S. citizens a favor and resign!
Sincerely,
Catholic Iowan
