Anyone heard yet how it went for Peter Lynch today?"A University of New Mexico student who faces a misdemeanor criminal charge for ripping down a Mexican flag opted Wednesday to place his case in the hands of a jury. Peter Lynch's attorney, John D'Amato, requested a jury trial for his client during a bond arraignment hearing at Metropolitan Court. The jury trial is set for Nov. 19.
He was allowed to remain out of jail on his own recognizance.
Lynch, who has entered a not guilty plea, faces up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $500 if he is convicted.
"It's only solely about the American flag and what it represents as a symbol," D'Amato said as he and Lynch made their way to an elevator after the hearing. Lynch declined to comment outside the courtroom."

Is there a new thread on that jury story? No, I just posted the link and just ran a search on the title...there are several related threads. Feel free to start a thread if you like.

I guess I’ll wait for Peter Lynch to post it, if he feels there is something new about the situation. He has been keeping us well informed.
