i have GREAT idea.

1.all states govern on their on.
2.in case of an attack all states act as one to protect the other states
that is all.

If VT secedes, that means they would no longer pay federal income tax, receive federal largess, or be subject to federal mandates.
Do you think those same secessionists currently support lower federal taxes, lower federal welfare, and lower federal regulations?
