This will backfire as these things always do when the rats try to frame someone on a stack of lies.

And then the old media will sweep it under the rug, as they always do ...... Move on ......

Rush’s transcripts are posted every evening at 6 p.m. and are free. The audio clips are for members only.

This probably is the start of a campaign to restore the Fairness Doctrine.

And yet, he followed it up with denials and an attack on Congressman Jack Murtha, a 37-year active member of the Marine Corps.

Anyone notice the bait and switch here? Reid makes the Murtha comment in the context of the "phony soldier" allegations, making it look like Rush called Murtha a phony soldier. (Which I'm pretty sure he didn't).

That is why, when we hear things on the radio that are offensive, by and large, we tolerate them.

Bull. He heard Petraeus' report but did he tolerate it? Hell no. He went after the General and attacked him. He does that to Bush too, and anyone he doesn't agree with. Hypocrites.

Wow...blatant hypocrisy from Reid in that video. Everything he said against Rush sounded an awful lot like himself. He called Rush unpatriotic. Um, Dingy? Patriots support our troops and their mission, they don’t push for defeat. Of the two of you, it’s not Rush who has the patriotism issues... He wondered what would happen if the tables were turned and if a Dem radio host attacked pro-war troops, how would the GOP react? Well Harry, you’re the late one here—YOU attacked a pro-war GENERAL unapologetically BEFORE all this yet you refuse to give the troops the apology they deserve and instead yell at Rush to apologize for one remark. The tables have turned, but they turned against you, you’re just ignoring your own faults here. “Double standard has no place in the US Senate.” HA! He would know all about that, wouldn’t he...
