Look, the ACLU really likes these guys. So, why don't we dispatch the ACLU to their countries ~ little money to grease their way in, little more money to make sure they can't get out.
Everybody wins ~ ACLU gets the terrorist pukes they like, and we get rid of both the terrorists and the ACLU.
