Not necessarily the same writer, most likely not in fact. Stories are written and then transmitted, usually electronically to the folks who arrange the paper, or the web page. The author doesn't get to write the headline. Even book authors sometimes have to "compromise" with the marketing people, on a title for their works.
If the headline writer didn’t read the story, woe on shim.

I think the islamofacists overestimate American’s political correctness.
That is, they think we are so politically correct that we are stupid.
I consider any book that advocates the killing of people who do not believe to be no more valuable than toilet paper. I also consider it presumptuous to assume one can speak for Jesus.
If they think that we are so politically correct that we might do stupid things, things that are so serious they might jeopardize the country, they are so right!

I have no more used for the terrorist than you do, but not all Muslim are are savages and killers, we as good people should keep that in mind.
