When is the breakfast? I’ve got some vacation time coming up soon and haven’t decided what I’m going to do yet. I have to say though traveling from Wisconsin to Texas for breakfast is usually not included in my budget. :)
It’s Thursday. Only $100. Probably the only thing I can afford, as the others are $2500 and $3500 dinner events.
You may even see our pictures on FR!
No, didn’t get a phone call :( Yeah, definitely going to the breakfast this Thursday; the organizers called me this morning to give me time/place info — Can’t wait! They said FT would most certainly be working the tables. I’ll be sure to post a ton of pics from this event.
Nice analogy.
Thursday is a no-go. :( Perhaps he’ll have something a little closer in the next month or two. Please ping me when the pictures are posted.
Yes, please bring a good camera; I’m not fond of my digital and haven’t the time to shop for one before then!
I am looking for a drive-around for you. The regular exit [Nacogdoches] is closed and you will need to exit Harry Wurzbach.
Partly true, but George Will’s bow tie was also in a twist because of Thompson’s support for CFR and McCain-Feingold bill. Big issue for him (as it is for me).
Thompson/Romney is more the Reagan/Bush comparison. JMHO.
Hunter is more to the right and less of the ‘establishment’ GOPer than a Bush or Romney type.
Fred also said “I don’t remember the details of it.”
And he said “I can’t pass judgment on it.”
I’m sorry, but that’s not good enough, and I do not think the Schiavo case was a federalism issue. That’s like saying slavery should be a federalism issue. I did what I could, wrote to FDT with the details he doesn’t remember, and asked him to pass judgment on it.
I like Fred. Aside from Hunter, who is getting no traction, Fred Thompson is the only candidate I’d vote for, but first I need to hear that killing the disabled (who cannot even speak for themselves) is wrong —— everywhere.
Fred’s pro-life records is damn clear.
If Bruce Walker's take on FDT is correct, I hope he caps his career by keeping an even more corrupt wife of a Southern governor out of the White House.
