You may be right, and most likely you are. Either way, the bill is Bravo Sierra. I just think I am the opposite of your tagline.. No matter how hard I try, I am cynical about everything coming from the left.

Absence of comment is not proof.. and I’m not saying they didn’t submit it, I am just saying I have doubts and this smells fishy..

As I stated above, this bill is a clear and specific attempt to get around a decision against the VA in the 'Haas vs. Nicholson' case currently before the US Circuit Court of Appeals. The VA has lost in every court it has fought Agent Orange cases, and I think the administration is attempting to kill the likely approval by the court.

Google "Blue Water Navy" and "Haas vs. Nicholson" and see what I mean.

Thank you, and I wholeheartedly agree. I am waiting too. If you, or anyone else can tell me that I'm wrong about this, and show me that it's a Democratic trick, I will post it here and to all of my comrades who are shocked and wondering.
