Good call . He actually looks like a cross between Sheehan and Medea Benjamin , the leader of Code Stink .

Only in the insane asylum called L.A. could emotional freaks and idiot savants like Spector or Michael Jackson have an entourage ferrying them around from courtroom to psychiatrist to pharmacist and back to home.
Have to wonder how the judge can do this based on what else I have observed...A while back a judge in the LA area took serious offense to the afternoon bubbas (John and Ken) at KFI. As I recall he was reviewing their show daily etc. However he never ordered them to stop *commenting* on the on going trial in his court. The wife’s comments are mild by comparision and much more limited in scope and distribution.
Any clues?

Yes. But he might have missed a new twist on an old defense. He may have BDS, given his earlier comments that his fate lay in the hands of 12 persons who voted for Bush. BDS, a type of insanity, may be a valid defense, melt.
It will need to be considered for inclusion in the PDR and APA compendiums before it is officially recognized, however. Limbaugh discovered this malady several years ago. He should get an honorary degree and a grant.
