Thank you for the interesting background, and I agree on all counts....the suit is entirely misplaced and misfocused and is only being brought against the UK because it has far deeper pockets than Malaysia and it’ll be far easier to play the ‘white guilt’ race card in the UK.

I think they’ve got no chance. lol

I hope that you're right, but in the modern 'victimhood culture' it's hard to be sure of anything anymore.

At the very least, this will serve as a 'test' for other future efforts that may be slightly less greedy but more successful in the Courts.
