The Moonbats are worried that they will not be able to hog the spotlight over the next couple of weeks, thanks to the Pro-Victory Surge being deployed in Washington, DC beginning on September 10th.
If you haven't made your plans to be in DC for any (or all) of these Pro-Victory events, what are you waiting for?
The Move America Forward Caravan is criss-crossing the country and picking up caravaners along the way, to arrive in DC on Thursday, September 13th. Check their itinerary to see if you can join their caravan. There is much more fun in numbers.
Other groups also joining the big event (Pro-Victory rally in the morning on September 15th, and later, watching the Moonbat Parade traipse by our permitted sidewalk "free speech" locations):
The Military Order of the Purple Heart
Military Families Voice of Victory
Families United for our Troops and Their Mission, a grassroots coalition of Gold Star and Blue Star families including some with loved ones in harm's way, Veterans, and Americans who share a deep appreciation for our men and women in uniform and support them in their efforts to make America safer by allowing them to complete their mission.
Protest Warrior
Michelle Malkin has put out the call to her readers. She will be there, saying "I wouldnt miss it for the world."
Gathering of Eagles
Colonel Harry Riley's Eagles Up! organization
And lastly, the group that has got this Moonbat's panties in such a bunch, Vets for Freedom
That's right, folks. This Moonbat, Tina Richards, is calling the combat veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan who belong to Vets for Freedom, bigots and haters.
Vets for Freedom is sponsoring a "Vets on The Hill" day on September 18th.
I am sure that there are other groups, large and small, who are also rallying their members for the Pro-Victory Surge on Washington.
Will you join us?

Tina Richards is abusing her daughter. She’s quit her job, moved to DC area, no job, maxed out her credit cards, racked up a bundle of tickets and rents in a cheap single room in which the two of them live. It’s all about Tina, like Cindy Sheehan and medea Benjamin, the kids they are supposed to be raising are just in the way.

Damn, this thread didn’t stay in “Activism” for five minutes...

How old is the kid? Does DC Family Services know that the woman is neglecting her kid?

Pinging you, because otherwise you might not see this thread.

Thanks for posting TGSL.
My schedule is stacked, but I’ll let you know if I make it out that day. Regardless, I will pass the info along.

Rev. Joseph Lowery once told me that when the Peace Movement recognizes that we are all on the same side, the civil rights movement, the immigrant rights movement, the labor rights movement, the Katrina rights movement, the peace movement and all the other movements that speak of justice: our numbers will be so large, the haters in this nation will cringe with fear. Cringe with fear? So the goal of Tina Richard's "Peace Movement" is to make people fearful? Terrorism is a tactic that makes people fearful so they will do what the terrorists want.
It is obvious that Tina Richards is a terrorist.

Though the particulars are still being ironed out, there will be a Pro-Victory rally in the morning on September 15th, at a location TBA. And after the rally, there will be permitted locations along the Moonbats' riot route, for Pro-Victory folks to exercise our First Amendment rights.
As I mentioned in my first comment, Vets for Freedom is having a Lobby Day on September 18th. I am also pretty sure that Families United will have a Lobby Day, perhaps even the same day as Vets for Freedom. And GOE and other groups are also planning a Lobby Day, but I do not know the date for theirs. Maybe the politicians will be "Surged" for a whole week by various Pro-Victory groups.
Kristinn?

Grrrr. Several of these sites have an important petition online. We really need as many signatures as we can get. (MFVOV)
Military Families Voice of Victory has the petition up and running. We need to triple the number that is currently collected.

Here's an an excerpt, the kid is 13 and Mom's off having fun.
In the six months since Richards relocated to Washington, she has maxed out her credit cards and collected parking tickets of unspeakable sums. She has no income, no health insurance and shares a cramped, $700-a-month bedroom in a Maryland house with her thirteen-year-old daughter.
It's a fragile existence, to be sure. But to a woman who ran away from home at eleven and never finished high school, the life of a D.C. lobbyist is clearly exhilarating.

Your thread has been restored. Here's a non-binding "suggestion." Leading with activism-related information by the "good guys" is better than leading with activism-related information by the "bad guys." You can always bury that stuff in the body. Pretend you work for the MSM.
To: tgslTakoma
Bigots and warmongers are joining forces.
I thought the moonbats considered Freepers to be bigoted warmongers, so, how can I join forces with myself? Lack of logic is the trademark of rabid moonbats.

Perish the thought.
